The overshirt PDF sewing pattern is a shirt jacket inspired by work-wear or the boxy Lumberjack shirt. The jacket has a convertible collar, several interchangeable pockets, and two-piece cuffed sleeves. The boxy body has sides slits and a generous back yoke. All the visible seams are topstitched.
The shirt is suitable for all medium-weight woven fabrics such as cotton, linen, wool or other comfortable fabric. Choose interfacing that works with the weight of the fabric.
The design is straight forward. You will be introduced to sewing a double yoke, convertible collar, and cuffs. If you are more adventurous you can try the welt pockets.
